Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support
Our Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support applies exclusively to eligible purchases made directly from Orlend or our Authorized Stores. This warranty does not cover accessories or consumables such as filters or brushes. Coverage is valid only for the original owner and product and is non-transferable.

Orlend warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, provided they are used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the Owner's Guide. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

What is Covered by This Warranty?

  • The original unit and/or non-wearable parts found defective within 12 months of the original purchase date, at Orlend’s discretion, will be repaired or replaced.
  • If a replacement unit is provided, the warranty period does not reset.
  • Replacement accessories are not covered for further replacement.
  • Orlend reserves the right to substitute the unit with one of equal or greater value. Return shipping costs for eligible warranty claims are covered by Orlend (ground shipping only).
  • At our discretion, Orlend may:
    • Repair the unit using new, like-new, or refurbished parts.
    • Replace the unit with a new or refurbished model with equivalent functionality.
    • Offer a refund of the purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

What is Not Covered by This Warranty?

Orlend does not guarantee that the functionality of our products will meet all customer requirements. This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, installation, or maintenance, as outlined in our product guides and on our website. The following conditions void warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, neglect, or disassembly.
  • Damage caused during returns.
  • External factors such as natural disasters, water damage, or extreme conditions.
  • Commercial or non-household use.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Second-hand purchases or items received as gifts.
  • Alterations or tampering with the product.
  • Free or promotional items.
  • Purchases from international markets.

For external power supplies, the following void warranty coverage:

  • Hard impact, cracks, or severe deformities.
  • Broken power cords or exposed wiring.
  • Use of non-original adapters.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim, email contact@orlend.com or complete the warranty form on our website. Be sure to provide your order information as proof of purchase.

This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Our products comply with local consumer protection laws where applicable.
