Returns and Exchanges

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@orlend.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Defective or Broken Items After Use
If your item is defective or malfunctions within 14 days of receipt, you may return it at your own expense. Once we receive it, we will issue store credit for the full amount, allowing you to reorder the item.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving the item to return it. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at contact@orlend.com for the return address.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days after receiving it to do so. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return the item at your own expense. For assistance, please contact contact@orlend.com. The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Incorrect Product
If we sent you the wrong product, you have 14 days to return it at your expense. Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@orlend.com.
